Hi Ladies! We are wrapping up the videos and having class activities. First, we will begin with a building tour with our wonderful Elders. Meet us at 7pm. Class Activities!

Hi Ladies! What a great night we have planned for Class Activities! Beehives: Big Ball Volleyball w/ the Activity Girls, come and share with them how awesome it is to be in YW. Miamaids and Laurels: Come make Christmas Candy and Casseroles. Fun, service and good eats! See you there!

Know to Sew!

Hi Ladies! Tonight bring your skirt, trim and a sewing machine if you have one. We will be lengthening and altering your skirts. Don't forget thread if you don't want to sew with white. We will have an alternate activity for those girls not sewing skirts. Also, don't forget Sunday night is Stake Standards Night. Bring your parents at 7pm to the Stake Center! Love you all! Sis B.

Hey Ladies! Tonight we are going to have some fun! Don't forget to bring a skirt that needs a little length! We will just be measuring and discussing what can be done, the sewing will be done next week. And the big one! We are learning the Young Women's theme in ASL. Hey Ladies! It is Personal Progress Night. Come and join us as we work on Integrity. It should be great fun and will help you for the upcoming TOOT Sunday this week. Bring your Personal Progress Books and Scriptures. Hey don't forget to put aside May 7th for the sleepover. You know you would be sad to miss it! See you all tonight!

Ladies! It is time to see how well you paid attention this weekend. There was a lot just for us, some talks even devoted to just the YW and their mothers. How lucky are we? Join us tomorrow night to play General Conference Trivia. Fun and laughter, oh and ice cream sundaes too! Who could want more? See you there!

Oh, and don't forget to give your class president your 2-3 items of service for our service auction on April 30th. It is our goal to help you earn all the money you need for camp. We need your support for this important night!

General Conference

Hi Ladies! Just a reminder that it is General Conference this weekend. If you didn't pick up your packet at church, you can go here http://downloads.sugardoodle.net/youthbook5.pdf and get it. This is a great way to keep yourself organized and focused during conference. That way you can ace the GC Trivia on Tuesday night. Happy Easter to all of you! We love you very much!

Hi Ladies! I hope it is lovely down there in LA. It is beautiful and foggy and a little drizzly up here in Santa Cruz. Just the way I like it. So, tonight, is the EASTER EGG HUNT! I know you'll love it the presidency and board have been working on it just for you! Bring your friends and enjoy!

Don't forget General Conference this weekend, you should have already received your packet to take notes, make sure you bring it all completed next week so you can ace the General Conference Trivia!

This Week at Young Women's

Aah!If only my brain would remember on Tuesday to remind everyone we don't have mutual. But, alas it is Wednesday morning and here I am telling you, no mutual last night. Working on this on time thing. Truly I am.

In other exciting news, this week is our Annual Sleepover at the Buckwalters. Just in case you didn't get an invite here's the skinny, 7:30pm-10am. Bring sleepover gear, a one piece swimsuit and a snack to share. We'll have breakfast for everyone in the morning. It will be fun (playing sardines at the Buckwalters, the epitome of fun) and Mafia and a whole lot more.

Call with questions and we'll see you there, come even if you can't stay the night. It is a great way to get to know your sisters in the gospel better.

Ahh Missed a Week!

Hi Ladies! Tonight is New Beginnings! We look forward to seeing you and your parents at the Cultural Hall. Call time for the skit, 6:30. It should be great fun, CTR chewing gum anyone?

On a calendaring note: Lanterman, this Sunday at 12:30pm. We'll provide rides to Lanterman and back.

Hi! It's Tuesday and a great combined night for YW/YM. IRON CHEF is on the menu for this evening. You and your teammates will be challenged to create two dishes with the "Secret" ingredient. Sounds Yummy and fun right?

In other news: Next tuesday, New Beginnings preparation, Baptisms for the dead on Thursday with a BBQ at 4pm, leaving the building at 4:45, and finally but definitely not the least after our Ward Conference (don't forget to meet in the Relief Society Room) Class Presidency meetings before BYC.

You guys are wonderful! We'll see you all tonight!
